Numerosos estudios cient\u00edficos avalan su eficacia en la mejora del sistema inmunitario, la regulaci\u00f3n emocional (ira, rabia, tristeza, miedo, alegr\u00eda, etc.), la mejora del estado an\u00edmico y de los trastornos f\u00edsicos como cefaleas, insomnio y dolores musculares, entre otros. As\u00ed pues, m\u00e1s que una pr\u00e1ctica aislada, al ser algo que requiere entrenamiento y m\u00e1s en las sociedades occidentales, el\u00a0<em>Mindfulness\u00a0<\/em>constituye un estilo de vida, una forma de ver, entender y sentir el mundo.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h3><span style=\"color:#2d2c2f\" class=\"has-inline-color\">En el Institut Myrios puedes practicar mindfulness en sesiones individuales o grupales, as\u00ed como en formato presencial o online. As\u00ed que ahora, desde casa o desde donde quieras, podr\u00e1s cuidarte! Si te es m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo puedes mantener la c\u00e1mara cerrada y ver y escuchar la terapeuta sin que te vea o escuche. Puedes abrir el micr\u00f3fono y\/o c\u00e1mara en cualquier momento y resolver dudas o pedir orientaciones.<\/span>&#13;\n<\/h3>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Son grupos abiertos, por lo tanto, puedes apuntarte cuando quieras, no tienes que esperar a una fecha porque cada semana hay un grupo. Lo \u00fanico que debes tener presente es que son plazas limitadas de un m\u00e1ximo de 7-8 personas y cuando se llena se cierra el grupo. Pero tranquilo, que se vuelve abrir otro con un m\u00ednimo de 2 personas!&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>No hay que comprometerse cada semana, aunque si lo haces de forma continuada notar\u00e1s los beneficios! Adem\u00e1s, si te apuntas todo el mes (4 sesiones) tienes una bonificaci\u00f3n en el precio!
